Desarrollo de estrategias de comunicación para el incremento y la visibilidad de los procesos de investigación adelantados en la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Seccional Bucaramanga

Abstract

La Dirección General de Investigaciones de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, seccional Bucaramanga (DGI- UPB), es el área que tiene por objeto fomentar la creación de grupos de investigación y su seguimiento, la socialización de los trabajos de investigación, producción de libros y la publicación de artículos en revistas científicas indexadas, esto mediante la diversidad de espacios y campos de ejercicio profesional e investigativo. Desde la perspectiva de la comunicación social se pretende establecer y ejecutar herramientas comunicativas que divulgaran los diversos procesos, avances, productos y reconocimientos que se llevan a cabo en los grupos de investigación que conforman la Dirección General de Investigaciones. Para su cumplimento se crearon espacios para la recolección de información pertinente que fuera de interés para la comunidad universitaria y externa, mediante la sección de investigaciones que forma parte del portal web institucional, agregado a ello, la exposición de noticias de interés, convocatorias recepción de artículos científicos y de proyectos investigativos vigentes. Actualmente la universidad cuenta con veintinueve (29) grupos de investigación, de los cuales veintiocho (28) se acoplaron a los sitios ofrecidos en la web, aportando en el espacio de pasantía ofrecido, información y contenidos de utilidad e importancia. Sin embargo, estas acciones se deben seguir apoyando y promoviendo, ya que aún se requiere gran parte de información. Adicionalmente, como parte de las labores desarrollas en la pasantía se hizo el seguimiento a los procesos investigativos en desarrollo y a los eventos científicos que se realizan tanto en la institución como en el entorno educativo.

From the perspective of social communication is intends to establish and execute communication tools which disclose the various processes, advances, products and recognition that is carried out in the research groups that make up the direction general of investigations. For compliance, is created spaces for the collection of relevant information that out of interest for the university and external community, the section of research that form part of the institutional web site, added to this, the exhibition of news of interest, calls reception of scientific articles and current research projects. Currently the university has twenty-nine (29) research groups, of which twenty-eight (28) is mated to the sites offered on the web, providing in the offered internship space, information and contents of utility and importance. However, these actions must continue supporting and promoting, even it requires great part information. In addition, as part of work develop in the internship became the follow-up research in development processes and to the scientific events taking place both in the institution and in the educational environment.
