Abstract

En su departamento de Ingeniería, Construcciones Moreno Ltda. –“Comor Ltda.”, desarrolla proyectos en obras civiles en consultoría y construcción, analizando la documentación requerida en las licitaciones, de acuerdo con las condiciones de contratación de las normas por las que luego se regirá el contrato respecto a las condiciones técnicas y económicas. El practicante, desarrolla las licitaciones, revisando los Pliegos de Condiciones que debe definir y regir los procedimientos de licitación, adjudicación y las condiciones de vínculo contractual; las obras a ejecutar, las condiciones de los materiales a emplear, las características de las instalaciones a disponer, los controles de calidad a establecer, las pruebas y ensayos a realizar, las prescripciones de los métodos constructivos a desarrollar y la forma de medir y valorar todas las unidades de obra de que consta el proyecto. Lo anterior puede describirse cómo las características técnicas mínimas que deben reunir los productos, equipos y sistemas que se incorporen a las obras, así como sus condiciones de suministro, recepción y conservación, almacenamiento y manipulación, las garantías de calidad, el control y mantenimiento. Al mismo tiempo, características técnicas de cada unidad de obra indicando su proceso de ejecución, normas de aplicación, condiciones previas que han de cumplirse antes de su realización, y sistemas constructivos; todo esto a través de un presupuesto de ejecución, que después de realizar los cálculos convenientes, es el que define el importe por el cual la empresa que licita se compromete a realizar la obra llegando a una propuesta económica final favorable para la empresa.
