Mantenimiento y sostenimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad en Prestegas, enfocado a la implementación de planes de salud ocupacional

Abstract

Para la empresa Prestegas Ltda. en su afán por pertenecer y participar en un mercado globalizado, fue de gran importancia incurrir en la carrera de acreditarse bajo la norma técnica colombiana ISO 9001:2008, la cual le permite validar completamente su servicio de prestación de servicio con estándares de calidad. Es así como en años anteriores (2009) la empresa Prestegas Ltda. es certificada por el ICONTEC bajo la norma técnica colombiana ISO 9001:2008 en calidad, y por ende le permite darle un mayor crecimiento en el mercado a esta empresa, con un mayor renombre y por ende una mayor estabilidad. Es por ello que en el intento de mantener y sostener el sistema de gestión de calidad se vieron a la necesidad de contar con una persona idónea que tuviese conocimientos propios de calidad y del sistema de gestión ISO 9001:2008 para poderle dar el cuidado necesario a este sistema , es así como la empresa Prestegas Ltda. con el apoyo de un estudiante en práctica de la universidad pontificia bolivariana llevan a cabo esta labor la cual era buscar un coordinador de calidad encargado de sostener y mantener este sistema, como también implementar aún más en beneficio de la empresa misma, como lo son planes de salud ocupacional. Para el desarrollo de esta práctica empresarial en un principio fue necesario realizar un diagnóstico del sistema de calidad de la empresa, mirar el mapa de procesos de la misma y conocer a fondo un poco más de esta, basándome en las caracterizaciones de los procesos del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de Prestegas. Por otro lado era necesario para la empresa darle continuidad a una visión que tienen ellos y es la de en un futuro poder acceder a la certificación en seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, es por ello que era necesario empezar a crear planes de salud ocupacional y reforzar ya los creados, es por ello que se reestructura completamente el comité paritario de salud ocupacional COPASO, en conformidad con la ley, y dando apoyo al mismo, con las respectivas reuniones y capacitaciones que se necesitaron para impulsar la seguridad industrial y la salud ocupacional de la empresa.

For the development of this business practice was necessary at first diagnosis of the quality system of the company, look at the map of processes it and get to know a little more of this, based on the characterizations of the company and your system. On the other hand was needed to give continuity to the company vision with them and is to be accessible in the future to certification in industrial safety and occupational health, which is why it was necessary to begin to develop plans to strengthen occupational health and believe, is why it is completely restructures the joint occupational health committee COPASO, in accordance with the law, and supporting the same, with the respective meetings and trainings that are needed to promote industrial safety and occupational health the company.
