Aplicación del sistema de clasificación LEED-NC al proyecto edificio laboratorios K de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana

Abstract

La sostenibilidad requiere implementar indicadores que cubran además de los aspectos tradicionales, temas específicos de la construcción en relación a su impacto en la economía en la que se inserta, al ambiente natural que lo rodea y a la sociedad a la que sirve. Es de vital importancia los cambios climáticos por los que está travesando el mundo, por lo tanto se requiere de construcciones que reduzcan el impacto negativo global del entorno construido en salud humana y el medio ambiente natural. Con este proyecto se pretende aplicar el sistema de clasificación LEED-NC al Proyecto Edificio Laboratorios K de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, y de esta forma generar recomendaciones, de tal forma que pueda consignarse en un documento guía para estudiantes y profesionales de la construcción.

The sustainability needs to apply indicators that besides the traditional aspects will cover specific topics of the construction in relation to the economy impact it will directly affect, to the natural environment that surrounds it and to the society it serves. It is essentially important to count with the climate changes the world has passed; therefore there are needed constructions that reduce the environment negative global impact constructed in human health and the natural environment. This project pretends the application of the LEED-NC classification system to the K Laboratories Building Project of the Pontificia Bolivariana University, this to finally generate recommendations in such a way that it could be recorded in document guides for students and professionals of the construction.
