Evaluación de un programa de intervención en esquemas mal adaptativos tempranos (EMT), dirigido a madres cabeza de familia

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar un Programa de Intervención en Esquemas Maladaptativos Tempranos (EMT), dirigido a Madres Cabeza de Familia de la Fundación Nuestro Pan de cada Día. El diseño implementado fue cuasiexperimental, con preprueba-postprueba y grupo intacto. La muestra objeto de estudio fueron 120 madres de 18 a 70 años, 60 del grupo control y 60 del grupo experimental. Se aplicó el Cuestionario de Esquemas de Young, YSQ – L2 validado en Colombia. Los resultados mostraron diferencias significativas entre el grupo experimental con respecto a la presencia de Esquemas Maladaptativos, lo cual sugiere un impacto positivo de la intervención en la muestra intervenida; Si embargo los resultados deben ser valorados con cautela debido a la posible presencia de variables extrañas que pudieron intervenir en los resultados. Se sugiere realizar otros estudios con características similares para poder replicar la intervención con el fin de realimentarlo y fortalecerlo y así establecer protocolos de intervención que tengan eficacia comprobada en varios estudios. También es importante optimizar el control de variables en una próxima investigación.

The aim of the present study was Head of household of the Foundation evaluated a Program of Intervention in Schemes Maladaptativos Tempranos (EMT), directed Mothers Our Bread of every Day. The implemented design was quasiexperimental, with preprueba-postprueba and intact group. The sample object of study they were 120 mothers from 18 to 70 years, 60 of the group control and 60 of the experimental group. There was applied the Questionnaire of Schemes of Young, YSQ - L2 validated in Colombia. The results showed significant differences between the experimental group with regard to the presence of Schemes Maladaptativos, which suggests a positive impact of the intervention in the controlled sample; If seizure the results must be valued warily due to the possible presence of strange variables that could intervene in the results. It is suggested to realize other studies with similar characteristics to be able to answer the intervention in order realimentarlo and strengthen it and this way establish protocols of intervention that have efficiency verified in several studies. Also it is important to optimize the control of variables in a near investigation.
