Reorganizar el control de la producción en Forcol S.A.S., planta satélite de Dana Transejes S.A

Abstract

Forcol S.A.S., como empresa dedicada a la producción de piezas forjadas para la industria automotriz no contaba con el suficiente control de producción para determinar de manera fácil y oportuna: causas de las fallas en producción y en el cumplimiento o incumplimiento de pedidos, porque no se llenaban los pocos formatos existentes. El objetivo principal del trabajo aplicado consistió entonces en reorganizar el proceso de control de la producción, llevando un monitoreo diario para mejorar la sistematización de datos para que la información registrada diaria, semanal y mensualmente sea funcional y permita tomar decisiones relacionadas con el trabajo diario de producción. Para cumplimiento del propósito se revisaron los formatos existentes, las etapas de los procesos de producción para diseñar registros completos que agilicen la productividad de la empresa. Los formatos y el rediseño de controles actualmente permiten un seguimiento continuo, a través de datos confiables, facilitando no solo la toma de decisiones sino contribuyendo a que los procesos sean eficaces y eficientes.

FORCOL S.A.S., as a company dedicated to the production of forged pieces used in the automotive industry did not have the enough production control to establish in a very appropriate and easy way: causes of production failures and in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the orders, because the few existing formats were not getting filled in. The main objective from of applied work consisted in reorganize the control production process, keeping track of it daily in order to improve the systematization of data to make the monthly, weekly and daily registered data functional and to let the taking of decisions related to the production daily work. To fulfill the purpose, the existing formats and the production processes stages got checked to design complete registers that make the productivity of the company fast. Currently, the formats and the redesign of controls let the continuous keeping track through reliable data making not only the taking of decisions but also contributing the processes to be efficient and effective easier.
