Control de obras civiles en Impala Terminals con la empresa Héctor Tiberio Valencia Sanchéz.

El trabajo de grado que se presenta a continuación, contiene las actividades desarrolladas por el practicante durante un periodo de cuatro meses, en la empresa HECTOR TIBERIO VALENCIA SANCHEZ, relacionadas con el Proyecto “Puerto Multimodal IMPALA TERMINALS”, con el fin de apoyar el seguimiento y avance del sistema integrado de gestión y control para los diferentes procedimientos, en cuanto a movimientos de tierra y a su vez, mantener, mejorar y optimizar el rendimiento de cada una de las tareas que conllevan a la calidad de los procesos ejecutados por la Empresa Contratista. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos trazados en este proyecto, se llevaron a cabo una serie de labores de seguimiento, las cuales se ven reflejadas en los reportes semanales, alimentados de las actividades realizadas en obra; entregados al departamento técnico. De la misma manera, se realizaron controles sobre el equipo de maquinaria pesada, que incluye desde su rendimiento por hora, hasta la documentación de los hallazgos, para ser atendidos eficientemente, evitando el retraso del curso normal de las actividades programadas. A continuación se presentarán las actividades correspondientes a los objetivos planteados, y las labores que, contribuyeron al desarrollo de ésta práctica empresarial.

The work presented below contains the activities developed by the practitioner for a period of four months, in the company HECTOR SANCHEZ TIBERIO VALENCIA, related to the "Puerto Multimodal IMPALA SA" project, in order to support the monitoring and advancement of the integrated and control procedures for the different management system in terms of earthworks and in turn, maintain, improve and optimize the performance of each of the tasks that lead to the quality of the processes executed by the contractor. To comply with the objectives of this project, a series of follow-up works were conducted which are reflected in the weekly reports, upheld by activities in labor; delivered to the residence contract. In the same way, controls on heavy machinery equipment were performed, ranging from hourly performance through documentation of findings to be attended effectively and efficiently, avoiding delaying the normal course of the scheduled activities. Given below are the activities to objectives, and activities that in some way or another, contributed to the development of this work placement.
