Implementación de mantenimiento preventivo para maquinaria crítica de industrias lavco SAS

Abstract

Se implementa un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para maquinaria crítica en una empresa santandereana de metalmecánica, mediante 3 etapas. Iniciando con la etapa del estudio inicial de la maquinaria crítica y su respectivo almacén de repuestos críticos; de seguido la etapa de priorización de actividades y el ajuste de frecuencias para el cronograma de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, que se hizo por medio de reuniones con los líderes respectivos de mecanizado; y para finalizar la etapa de organización, coordinación y programación de las actividades preventivas que fueron el resultado de la etapa previa y así implementar el cronograma de mantenimiento preventivo para maquinaria crítica, adicionalmente también se implementaron algunos formatos que estaban propuestos. Asimismo, se recomienda llevar un estudio continuo del plan de mantenimiento preventivo para irlo ampliando e ir mejorando la efectividad de la planta.

A preventive maintenance plan for critical machinery is implemented in a Santanderean metalworking company, through 3 stages. Starting with the initial study stage of critical machinery and its respective critical spare parts warehouse; then the stage of prioritization of activities and the adjustment of frequencies for the schedule of preventive maintenance activities, which was done through meetings with the respective machining leaders; and to complete the stage of organization, coordination and programming of preventive activities that were the result of the previous stage and thus implement the preventive maintenance schedule for critical machinery, in addition some formats were also implemented that were proposed. It is also recommended to carry out a continuous study of the preventive maintenance plan to expand it and improve the effectiveness of the plant.
