Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es estandarizar las operaciones de la zona de picking en la bodega de producto terminado de la planta de Gaseosas Hipinto S.A.S. Piedecuesta, partiendo desde un análisis general de la operación del cargue de flota de la distribución secundaria, para visualizar detalladamente las oportunidades de mejora que se detectan mediante la recolección de datos, aplicación de encuestas e información que la compañía suministró para obtener el panorama de cómo operaba inicialmente la zona de picking. A partir de esta investigación, se detectó que la productividad debía ser mejorada, partiendo desde el reconocimiento de los tiempos perdidos (MUDAS) de los operarios I durante la operación, por realizar recorridos innecesarios y por la falta de mejor organización de los productos en el almacenaje; dando como resultado final una Macro, que ayuda a la operación a organizar los operarios I y de montacargas, de una forma efectiva para la operación, mejorando la productividad del cargue flota; así mismo, se establece una herramienta para la reorganización de la bodega, planteando la metodología de clasificación ABC, la cual reduce el desorden y los desplazamientos de los operarios al realizar el cargue de la flota, apuntando a una mejora adicional en la productividad. Finalmente, se establece un Procedimiento Operativo Estándar (POE) con base en la productividad, con el fin de que la compañía tenga un instructivo para el personal que requiera ser capacitado, generando una recordación del proceso sin que haya lugar a distorsión de la información ya parametrizada, de igual forma sirve para el nuevo personal que ingrese y vaya a llevar a cabo la planeación del cargue flota, minimizando errores y manteniendo la operación productiva.

The objective of this work is to standardize the operations of the picking area in the finished product warehouse of Gaseosas Hipinto S.A.S. Piedecuesta, based on a general analysis of the operation of the cargo fleet of the secondary distribution, to visualize in detail the opportunities for improvement that are detected through the collection of data, application of surveys and information that the company provided to obtain the overview of how the picking area was initially operated. Based on this research, it was detected that productivity must be improved, based on the recognition of lost time (MUDAS) of the operators 1 during the operation, due to unnecessary routes and the lack of a better organization of products in the storage resulting in a Macro, which helps the operation to organize the operators and forklifts effectively for the operation, improving the productivity of the cargo fleet, likewise a tool is established for the reorganization of the warehouse proposing the ABC classification methodology, which reduces clutter and operator movements when loading the fleet, pointing to a further improvement in productivity. Finally, a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on productivity is established so that the company has an instruction manual for the personnel that needs to be trained, generating a reminder of the process without causing distortion of the information and parameterized in the same way. It is used for the new personnel who enter and will carry out the planning of the fleet load, minimizing errors and maintaining the productive operation.
