Diseño e implementación de herramientas para gestionar la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de la organización Fundación delaMujer Colombia S.A.S

Abstract

La práctica empresarial desarrollada en Fundación dela Mujer Colombia S.A.S. tiene como objetivo diseñar e implementar herramientas para gestionar la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, que se hace necesario debido a la falta de estandarización y sistematización de la documentación respecto a las capacitaciones en el área y a la saturación del sistema a causa de la pandemia por COVID_19. Para lograr este propósito se realiza en primera instancia un diagnóstico que permite evidenciar el estado actual de la empresa y contar con los lineamientos básicos para diseñar las herramientas y llevar a cabo las mejoras. A partir de esta información se diseñan las herramientas en Google Sheets como: Autocrat, base de datos y formularios, las cuales sirven para gestionar desde el área de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo la información actualizada del personal de la organización y el programa de capacitaciones logrando un ahorro de tiempo aproximado de 4 horas con cincuenta minutos, equivalente al 96,7%, en los procesos de la obtención de información relacionada con el número y datos de los colaboradores. Luego, se implementan las herramientas desarrolladas permitiendo gestionar los indicadores de desempeño del área y logrando mejoras en el proceso como: el ahorro de tiempo, la visualización de indicadores y la toma rápida de decisiones. Paralelamente al diseño y gestión de las herramientas, se desarrollaron todas las acciones relacionadas con la emergencia sanitaria por el virus a nivel nacional, realizando informes, reportes, llamadas telefónicas, toma de versiones, acercamientos, entre otros. Dentro de los logros de la práctica empresarial se destacan las múltiples herramientas que permitieron ahorro de tiempo en la búsqueda de información, la toma rápida de decisiones y la estandarización en los procesos. The business practice developed at Fundación dela Mujer Colombia S.A.S. aims to design and implement tools to manage Health and Safety at work, which is necessary due to the lack of standardization and systematization of documentation regarding training in the area and the saturation of the system due to the pandemic by COVID_19. To achieve this purpose, an initial diagnosis is carried out in the first instance that allows to show the current state of the company and have the basic guidelines to design the tools and carry out improvements. From this information tools are designed in Google Sheets such as: Autocrat, database and forms, which serve to manage from the area of Health and Safety at work the updated information of the organization's staff and the training program achieve a time saving of approximately 4 hours and fifty minutes, equivalent to 96.7%, in the processes of obtaining information related to the number and data of employees. Then, the tools created are implemented allowing to manage the performance indicators of the area and achieving improvements in the process such as: saving time, displaying indicators, and making quick decisions. Parallel to the design and management of the tools, all actions related to the health emergency caused by the virus were developed at the national level, making reports, reports, phone calls, taking versions, approaches, among others. Among the achievements of business practice, the multiple tools that allow saving time in the search for information, quick decision-making and standardization in processes stand out.
