Diseño documental y acciones de implementación del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para Ferretería FEMELEC en el Municipio de Saravena

Abstract

Este proyecto realizado en la Ferretería FEMELEC tiene como objetivo diseñar y documentar el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo e implementar algunas acciones para la promoción y prevención de peligros y riesgos, para velar por la integridad de sus empleados mejorando el ambiente laboral que contribuye al sentido de pertenencia y a generar condiciones de trabajo seguras en cumplimiento a la Resolución 0312 de 2019 de los estándares mínimos del SG-SST y al Decreto Único Reglamentario 1072 de 2015. Para lograr este propósito se realiza la evaluación de condiciones iniciales obteniendo un porcentaje de 35,3% con lo exigido en la normatividad. Se da inicio al diseño del SG-SST partiendo de la Matriz de requisitos legales, realizando la encuesta sociodemográfica, y la matriz de riesgos donde se identificaron y valoraron los peligros encontrados en los lugares de trabajo. Se realiza el diseño documental para el SG-SST incluyendo la misión en SST, la visión, la política, objetivos de SST, y los planes de acción para mitigar cada peligro identificado; luego se implementaron las acciones establecidas para el sistema una vez socializadas con el personal, generando además un control permanente en los indicadores de incidentes y accidentes de trabajo, junto con la colaboración y elección del Vigía y la Suplente de SST. Se realiza la evaluación al final del trabajo quedando el Sistema en un 82,3% de cumplimiento; se recomienda seguir con la implementación y con una constante mejora para responder con un ambiente de trabajo seguro a las exigencias que le competen.

This project carried out in the FEMELEC Hardware Store aims to design and document the Occupational Health and Safety System and implement some actions for the promotion and prevention of dangers and risks, to ensure the integrity of its employees by improving the work environment that contributes to the sense of belonging and to generate safe working conditions in compliance with Resolution 0312 of 2019 of the minimum standards of the SG-SST and the Single Regulatory Decree 1072 of 2015. To achieve this purpose, the evaluation of initial conditions is carried out, obtaining a percentage of 35.3% with what is required in the regulations. The SG-SST design begins based on the Matrix of legal requirements, carrying out the sociodemographic survey, and the risk matrix where the hazards found in the workplace were identified and assessed. The documentary design for the SGSST is carried out, including the SST mission, vision, policy, SST objectives, and action plans to mitigate each identified hazard; Afterwards, the actions established for the system were implemented once they had been socialized with the personnel, also generating a permanent control in the indicators of incidents and accidents at work, together with the collaboration and election of the SST Watchman and Substitute. The evaluation is carried out at the end of the work, leaving the System at 82.3% compliance; It is recommended to continue with the implementation and constant improvement to respond with a safe work environment to the demands that concern you.
