Liquidación y seguimiento a cuentas de cobro y facturas de cds en la fundación de la mujer

Abstract

La práctica empresarial en la compañía Fundación delamujer consistió en el desarrollo de una mejora para el área de cuadre y conciliación la cual se encarga de liquidar todos los meses a los corresponsales de servicio tanto propios como convenios, y de notificarles cada día mediante unos mensajes de texto o vía email que han de subir el archivo generado debidamente firmado para así poder continuar con el proceso que será culminando cuando el área de tesorería reporta que se generó el pago. El desarrollo de la mejora consistió en tres fases: la primera consistió en obtener los requerimientos los cuales se describieron en una historia de usuario, luego una fase de desarrollo utilizando las herramientas de Gsuite y la metodología de desarrollo Scrum, por último la fase de pruebas y socialización de la herramienta al área encargada.
