Planificación del sistema de gestión ambiental en los sectores biblioteca, auditorio Luis A. Calvo, edificio Camilo Torres y edificio Daniel Casas de la Universidad Industrial de Santander bajo la Norma NTC ISO 14001

Abstract

El presente proyecto se realizó en la Universidad Industrial de Santander y su objetivo principal fue planificar el sistema de gestión ambiental en los sectores Biblioteca, Auditorio Luis A. Calvo, Edificio Camilo Torres y Edificio Daniel Casas, respondiendo a las exigencias de la norma ISO 14001, su contenido es un aporte para la elaboración del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental que actualmente adelanta dicho plantel educativo. Desde la perspectiva metodológica el trabajo aborda el tratamiento temático empleando cuatro etapas: en la primera se hizo una revisión ambiental inicial donde se recolecto y se analizo la información mediante la cual se identificaron los aspectos e impactos ambientales correspondientes a los factores: aire, agua, residuos, suelo y energía. Para la identificación y valoración de los aspectos e impactos ambientales se empleo la metodología CONAMA por ser la más precisa y confiable. En la segunda etapa se describen los requisitos ambientales estipulados en la matriz jurídica ambiental para cada factor correspondiente. En la tercera etapa se formularon objetivos y metas ambientales y por último se diseñaron programas con el fin de subsanar los flagelos encontrados. El trabajo en mención permitió cumplir con los objetivos propuestos.

The present project was made in the Industrial University of Santander and the main objective of the project was to plan the system of environmental management in The Library, Auditorium Luis A. Calvo, Camilio Torres and Daniel Casas Buildings sectors, in response to the demands of norm ISO 14001. This norm’s content is a contribution to the elaboration of the System of Environmental Management. In a methodological perspective, the assignment goes through the thematic treatment using four phases: In the first phase an initial environmental revision was made, which collected and analyzed information that identified the environmental aspects and impacts of the air, water, waste, ground and energy. For the identification of those the CONAMA methodology was used, which we consider to be the more precise and reliable. In the second phase the environmental requirements set in the environmental legal matrix for each corresponding factor were described. In the third phase the environmental objectives and goals were formulated and lastly programs were designed with the goal of healing the found flagella. The mentioned work allowed the success of all mentioned objectives and goals.
