Abstract

El proyecto Condominio Avanti ubicado en el barrio Lagos del Cacique ejecutado por la constructora Gestión y Obras S.A.S, empezó su fase de obra blanca en el primer trimestre del año 2020. Esta practica empresarial tuvo como objetivo supervisar y llevar seguimiento de las actividades realizadas en obra como a su vez llevar control del inventario de materiales, ejerciendo el cargo de ingeniero de residencia, entre las actividades más importantes a supervisar en la obra, fue la demolición y construcción de la piscina como también la pavimentación de la vía principal en Adoquín y construcción de entrada del condominio. En el transcurso de la practica empresarial se realizo una base de datos con ayuda de herramientas electrónicas como Access y Excel para llevar un control más exhaustivo de los materiales que entran y salen de la obra, esta terminó siendo un instrumento fundamental para la realización de informes de control de materiales gastados semanalmente. Dentro de la supervisión de las actividades se tenían que realizar actas y bitácoras de las mismas.
