dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to reflect the impact that the implementation of lean manufacturing tools could generate in the productive and organizational processes executed by the Agua Paramo micro-company, located in the municipality of Cerete - Colombia. Mainly evaluating the change in two important aspects: the efficiency and optimization of the organization. 11 To achieve the proposed objectives, different mechanisms for collecting information and analyzing it will be used; as well as the application of different philosophies of Lean Manufacturing. When talking about manufacturing processes, it does not only refer to the step by step of each activity that constitutes the processes of any organization. Due to its importance, this is where new ideas for improvements emerge throughout the value chain. These better ones consist of the elimination of activities that do not add value to the processes, these are called waste and one of the main focuses of this project. This will be carried out in the micro-company Aguas paramos de Cereté, whose objective will be the implementation of new practices or / or the reinforcement of those already pre-established for the regeneration of continuous improvement. Aguas Páramo has several production lines in different references, in this case, the bottle line will be evaluated. One of the most contributors denoted by the management of this company. For this, a VSM map was made that allowed us to evaluate the times of each activity, through the information collected by observation and documentation of the organization, and to identify each of the tools that lean manufacturing offers, together with the 12 implementation and thus allow to do a comparative table of the state before and after the project.spa
