Apoyo en la supervisión técnica en la construcción de una bodega del Parque Industrial Provincia de Soto II

Abstract

En el presente documento se evidencian las actividades realizadas por el estudiante en la modalidad de práctica empresarial, la cual tuvo un periodo de duración de cuatro meses y se llevó a cabo en la empresa CONSOLTEC GROUP SAS. La práctica empresarial consistió en la construcción de una bodega en el Parque Industrial Provincia de Soto II, ubicado en la ciudad de Bucaramanga-Santander, donde se realizó el apoyo en obra en la supervisión técnica del proyecto. La actividad principal que se llevó a cabo consistió en el cumplimiento del diseño estructural en la ejecución de la obra y el control de los materiales implementados en la misma. Se llevó a cabo un trabajo detallado de las cantidades de materiales utilizados durante la obra, para comparar con lo que se realizó en obra, para hacer cumplimiento de la supervisión técnica. Se tomaron en consideración los lineamientos consignados en el TÍTULO I del Reglamento Colombiano de Construcción Sismoresistente NSR10. Finalmente, en el documento se expondrán algunos aportes del practicante a través del desarrollo de la práctica empresarial, junto con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

This document shows the activities carried out by the student in the business practice modality, which had a period of four months and was carried out in the company CONSOLTEC GROUP SAS. The business practice consisted of the construction of a warehouse in the Soto II Province Industrial Park, located in the city of Bucaramanga-Santander, where support was provided on-site in the technical supervision of the project. The main activity that was carried out consisted of fulfilling the structural design in the execution of the work and the control of the materials implemented in it. Detailed work was carried out on the quantities of materials used during the work, to compare with what was done on-site, to comply with the technical supervision. The guidelines outlined in TITLE I of the Colombian Regulations for Seismic-resistant Construction NSR10 were taken into consideration. Finally, the document will present some contributions of the practitioner through the development of business practice and the conclusions and recommendations.
