Contribución al mejoramiento, control y distribución de los procesos logísticos internos, en la marca de pinturas mundo del color, distribuida por la empresa Pintumezclas Bucaramanga LTDA

Abstract

Este proyecto que se presenta, se enfoca a la realización de un trabajo aplicado al mejoramiento, control y distribución de una nueva marca de la empresa PINTUMEZCLAS BUCARAMANGA LIMITADA. Esta compañía, en su labor de generar cambios estratégicos solicitó la incorporación de un ingeniero Industrial para la implementación de un sistema logístico que facilitará los procesos productivos y así mismo otras falencias que se estuviesen presentando en la localización y distribución final de todos los productos de la Marca MUNDO DEL COLOR. Estás estrategias aplicadas, permitieron la realización de una inspección de cómo se encontraba la empresa, donde se vio la necesidad de desarrollar el método PEPS, la optimización de espacios, recursos y tiempos con el método de calles y carreras (En las bodegas stock de productos terminados y Transición de las materias primas), la utilización de pronósticos de producción que permitiera generar mayor productividad, aplicar algunos conceptos de Seguridad Industrial con respecto a la Norma 14001, así como la incorporación de codificación EAN13 (código de barras) y mejoras en el sistema SIIGO. De esta manera la empresa sus procesos productivos son más eficientes y eficaces ofreciendo cambios que marcan la diferencia.

This present project, focuses on the accomplishment of a work applied to the improvement, control and distribution of a new brand of the company PINTUMEZCLAS LIMITED BUCARAMANGA. This company, in his labor of generating strategies changes it requested the incorporation of an Industrial engineer for the implementation of a logistic system that it will facilitate the productive processes and likewise other failings that it was appearing in the location and final distribution of all the products of the Brand WORLD OF THE COLOR. This applied strategies, they allowed the accomplishment of an inspection where was observed how one was finding the company, where one saw the need to develop the method PEPS, the optimization of spaces, resources and times with the method of streets and careers (In the warehouses stock of finished products and Transition of the raw materials), the utilization of forecasts of production that was allowing to generate major productivity, to apply some concepts of Industrial Security with regard to the Norm 14001, as well as the incorporation of codification EAN13 (bar code) and improvements in the system SIIGO. Hereby the company his productive processes are more efficient and effective offering changes that mark the difference.
