Análisis de factibilidad para la implementación de Fotolinera - FULL ENERGY S.A.S. en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga

Abstract

Revisando las tendencias internacionales a donde se mueve la industria automotriz, se puede ver una oportunidad de negocio y de ayudar a disminuir localmente la contribución de gases de efecto invernadero, mediante la implementación de fotolineras en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. El propósito de la investigación es determinar el estado actual de la ciudad y del país en el consumo de vehículos híbridos y eléctricos, y las fotolineras instaladas, para poder diseñar una planeación estratégica mediante la identificación de las oportunidades y las amenazas para el negocio que nos ofrece la ciudad, el mercado y la legislación nacional, y también sirvió para identificar las fortalezas y las debilidades que el negocio tiene y tendrá a mediano plazo. Para impulsar el crecimiento de esta tecnología, es necesario implementar un plan de mercadeo en asociación con los concesionarios debido a la relación intrínseca que existe entre la venta de estos vehículos y el éxito del modelo de negocio propuesto. Se encontró un terreno casi virgen, pero también fértil para el despegue de la tecnología en la ciudad, y una posibilidad de tener una importante participación en el mercado, mediante proyecciones hacia el año 2030 de la demanda estimada de vehículos que necesiten de fotolineras, y de las estimaciones de las utilidades operacionales y su respectiva tasa interna de retorno.

Reviewing the international trends where the automotive industry is moving, it is possible to see a business opportunity and to help locally reduce the contribution of greenhouse gases through the implementation of photo gas stations in the city of Bucaramanga. The purpose of the research is to determine the current state of the city and the country in the consumption of hybrid and electric vehicles, and the installed photo gas stations, in order to design a strategic planning by identifying the opportunities and threats for the business offered by the city, the market and the national legislation, and also served to identify the strengths and weaknesses that the business has and will have in the medium term. To boost the growth of this technology, it is necessary to implement a marketing plan in partnership with dealers due to the intrinsic relationship between the sale of these vehicles and the success of the proposed business model. An almost virgin, but also fertile ground was found for the technology to take off in the city, and a possibility of having a significant market share, through projections towards the year 2030 of the estimated demand for vehicles that need photo fueling stations, and estimates of operational profits and their respective internal rate of return.
