Verificación del sistema de gestión ambiental implementado en proactiva Chicamocha S.A. E.S.P.

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo de grado se puede identificar la verificación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental de la organización Proactiva Chicamocha S.A. E.S.P., en donde fue fundamental, el conocimiento de la norma técnica colombiana ISO 14001 (NTC- ISO 14001) desde el numeral 4.5 y las demás normas que rigen las actividades de la organización para comprobar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental implementado; de donde, se derivaron las no conformidades a realizar y se desarrollaron y ejecutaron algunas acciones correctivas y preventivas ya planteadas. Para la verificación fue necesario el estudio detallado de las actividades de la organización y de las normas que las rigen garantizando un óptimo desempeño y agilidad, para de esta forma establecer con el procedimiento indicado por la organización la acciones correctivas y preventivas que permitieron establecer conformidad con la mayoría de las falencias identificadas.

In this draft grade it can be identified the verification of the environmental management system of the Chicamocha Proactiva organization S.A E.S.P, where it was essential the knowledge of the Colombian technical standard ISO 14001 (NTC-ISO 14001) from paragraph 4.5 and other rules governing the activities of the organization to verify compliance with the implemented environmental management system; where, nonconformities to perform were derived and there were developed and implemented some corrective and preventive actions already raised. For verification it was necessary a detailed study of the activities of the organization and the rules which govern them ensuring optimum performance and agility, to thereby establish the procedure for organizing the corrective and preventive actions that succeeded in accordance with most of the identified shortcomings.
