Abstract

Este documento desarrolla el informe final que corresponde a trabajo de grado en modalidad de prácticas profesionales, requisito indispensable para obtener el título de politóloga. Durante dicho proceso me he desempeñado como practicante de la Fundación MuMHU\)XWXURHQODFLXGDGGH%XFDUDPDQJD KDFLHQGRSDUWHGHOHTXLSRGHO³3UR\HFWRIRUWDOHFLPLHQWR GHOGHVDUUROORLQVWLWXFLRQDOGHOD)XQGDFLyQ0XMHU\)XWXUR´HQHOiUHDGHSODQHDFLyQ PRQLWRUHR\VHJXLPLHQWRGHO mismo. El desarrollo de este trabajo práctico ha requerido la aplicación de diferentes conceptos teórico-prácticos que aborde a lo largo de la formación académica del programa profesional de ciencia política, con especial énfasis en los temas de gestión y evaluación de proyectos, planeación estratégica, relaciones internacionales, organizaciones no gubernamentales, comunicación y opinión pública y sobretodo el tema de derechos humanos y feminismo, todo esto para lograr alternativas exitosas que aporten a la sostenibilidad de la organización. De este modo se expondrá el contexto que alberga el problema identificado, así como el desarrollo de las actividades propuestas en el que hacer de una politóloga.

This document develops the final report that corresponds to the degree work in the form of professional practices, a prerequisite for obtaining the degree of political scientist. During this process I have worked as an intern at Fundación Mujer y Futuro in the city of Bucaramanga, being part of the team of the "Project for the strengthening of the institutional development of Fundación Mujer y Futuro" in the area of planning, monitoring and follow-up of the same. The development of this practical work has required the application of different theoretical and practical concepts that I approached throughout the academic formation of the professional program of political science, with special emphasis on the topics of management and evaluation of projects, strategic planning, international relations, non-governmental organizations, communication and public opinion and above all the topic of human rights and feminism, all this to achieve successful alternatives that contribute to the sustainability of the organization. In this way, the context of the identified problem will be presented, as well as the development of the proposed activities in the work of a political scientist.
