Identificación de Factores Económicos que Incidieron en la Evolución del IDH en el Departamento de Córdoba en el Periodo 2010-2019

Abstract

En este documento se estudia y analiza el índice de desarrollo humano IDH en el departamento de Córdoba en el periodo comprendido entre 2010-2019 con el fin de identificar los factores económicos que incidieron en su evolución. Para ello se opta por una metodología mixta, cualitativa y cuantitativa. A través de la revisión bibliográfica se encuentra que para el periodo de estudio existe una tendencia hacia el alza en el IDH generada por la influencia del sector público a través de la inversión educación, salud e infraestructura, acompañada del crecimiento del sector privado en el sector servicios; todo lo anterior tuvo un efecto positivo que mejoro la calidad de vida en el departamento de Córdoba. Cuantitativamente, partir de la construcción de los índices alfa y gamma qué sirvieron como soporte para hacer el análisis de las variables que se presentan en torno al IDH y el comportamiento de estas frente a las condiciones y situaciones económicas que les afectan.

This document studies and analyzes the HDI human development index in the department of Córdoba in the period between 2010-2019 in order to identify the economic factors that influence its evolution. For this, a mixed, qualitative and quantitative methodology is chosen, through the bibliographic review it is found that for the study period there is an upward trend generated by the influence of the public sector through investment in education, health and infrastructure, accompanied by the growth of the private sector in the services sector, all of the above had a positive effect that improved the quality of life in the department of Córdoba. Quantitatively, starting from the construction of the alpha and gamma indices, which served as support for the analysis of the variables that appear around the HDI and their behavior in the face of the economic conditions and situations that affect them.
