Planificación y Documentación del Sistema de Gestión de seguridad y salud en el Trabajo según los requisitos de la Norma OHSAS 18001:2007 para la empresa Theka Comunicaciones LTDA

Abstract

Este documento presenta el diagnostico, la planificación, la documentación, la implementación y la evaluación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa THEKA LTDA bajo los lineamientos de la Norma OHSAS 18001:2007 y la legislación colombiana vigente. Inicialmente se realiza un diagnóstico del cumplimiento de los numerales de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 que tiene establecido THEKA LTDA, identificando las necesidades de dar a conocer el cumplimiento legal de la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo a las directivas y trabajadores de la empresa y se encuesta a los trabajadores para conocer el perfil social y demográfico para el desarrollo del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Posteriormente, con el apoyo del Ingeniero Héctor Angarita se realiza la Política, los objetivos del sistema, el alcance y la política de consumo de drogas, alcohol y otras sustancias para dar inicio al Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Finalmente se realizó la identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración de riesgos, la capacitación en la resolución 1409 de 2012, la elección y documentación del vigía de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y el diagnostico final del cumplimiento de los numerales de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, garantizando el bienestar de los trabajadores de THEKA LTDA.

This document presents the diagnosis, the planning, the documentation, the implementation and the evaluation of the System of Management of Security and Health in the Work of the company THEKA LTDA under the limits of the Norm OHSAS 18001:2007 and the Colombian in force legislation. Initially there realizes a diagnosis of the fulfillment of the numerals of the norm OHSAS 18001:2007 that has established THEKA LTDA, identifying the needs to announce the legal fulfillment of the Security and Health in the work to the boards and workers of the company and the workers are polled to know the social and demographic profile for the development of the System of Management of the Security and Health in the Work. Later, with the support of the Engineer Hector Angarita there are realized the Politics, the aims of the system, the scope and the politics of consumption of drugs, alcohol and other substances to give beginning the System of Management of the Security and Health in the Work. Finally there was realized the identification of dangers, evaluation and valuation of risks, the training in the resolution 1409 of 2012, the choice and documentation of the vigia of Security and Health in the Work and the final diagnosis of the fulfillment of the numerals of the norm OHSAS 18001:2007, guaranteeing the well-being of the workers of THEKA LTDA.
