Abstract

El siguiente proyecto de la Modalidad Servicio Social- Trabajo de Grado, es empleado en el Programa Bolsa de empleo Héroes Forjando Futuro, dirigido por los Profesionales de la Reserva de la Quinta Brigada del Ejército Nacional con sede en Bucaramanga. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo general diseñar una estrategia comunicativa que permite la estructuración del Programa de Empleo Héroes Forjando Futuro, donde se beneficia el personal militar discapacitado por la guerra. Hay que resaltar, que Héroes Forjando Futuro consta de tres etapas, por lo tanto el objetivo general de este proyecto obedece a la Primera Etapa ejecutada en el tiempo del Servicio Social. Para lograr esta primera etapa se planteó tres fases las cuales se caracterizaron por desarrollar diferentes actividades que fueron de ayuda para llevar a cabo la estructuración de Héroes Forjando Futuro. Finalmente los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo del proyecto fueron positivos en la medida que se cumplió con lo planteado.
