dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se enfoca en evaluar la aplicación de estrategias de mercadeo B2B (Business to Business) orientadas a promover los paquetes turísticos de India en Colombia, buscando posicionar a Getsholidays a través de un operador turístico confiable colombiano. Esta evaluación se llevó a cabo en dos fases, en la primera, se evaluó un mercado potencial y en la segunda, se analizó la viabilidad tomando el interés de los operadores turísticos en Colombia previamente contactados. Con la ayuda del software CRM (Administración basada en Relación con los Clientes) provisto por Getsholidays, se establecerá el perfil del turista colombiano y sus requerimientos con el propósito de entender mejor sus necesidades y preferencias. De igual manera se considera importante mantener las actividades de marketing y las alianzas con todos los países de América Latina, razón para desarrollar tareas de SEO (Optimización de Motores de Búsqueda), campañas de marketing, planes de cooperación con la embajada de Colombia en India, actividades de social media marketing y estrategias de mercadeo y publicidad para los portales web en español.spa
dc.description.abstractThis project is focused on evaluating a potential market and its viability in Colombia for the implementation of B2B (business to business) marketing strategies, which can promote Indian tour packages in this country along with the name of Getsholidays Pvt Ltd through a reliable Colombian tour operator. This evaluation was performed in two phases, in the first one, a potential Market was evaluated and in the second one, the viability was analyzed taking as a reference the interest of the contacted Colombian tour operators. With the help of the software CRM (Customer Relationships Management) provided by Getsholidays Pvt Ltd, a profile of the Colombian tourists and their requirements would be established in order to have a better understanding of their needs and preferences. At the same time it is equally important to consider the maintenance of the marketing activities and partnerships with the other countries in Latin America, therefore tasks of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) were performed along with marketing campaigns, cooperation plans with the embassy of Colombia in India, social media marketing activities, marketing and publicity strategies for the Spanish websites.
