Factibilidad de una cooperativa de trabajo asociado, fiial a Coomeva EPS S.A., seccional Bucaramanga

Abstract

El tema de estudio de este proyecto busca verificar la factibilidad de una Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado, denominada “Laboremos por un Mañana”, la cual será filial a Coomeva EPS S.A, regional Bucaramanga, esta entidad desarrollará su actividad dentro de los límites del área metropolitana de la misma ciudad, vinculando a la entidad, personas que deseen realizar un trabajo asociado, encaminado a la prestación de un servicio a la comunidad y por medio de este, obtener una compensación salarial digna y acorde a las funciones a desempeñar. Este tema se trabajó teniendo en cuenta las necesidades que se presentaron al interior de Coomeva EPS S.A, entidad que tuvo algunos inconvenientes de índole financiero y requería contrarrestarlos inmediatamente, constituyendo una entidad propia, la cual minimizara el inconveniente que se estaba presentando con el comportamiento de los aportes, que algunas Cooperativas de Trabajo Asociado, estaban realizando, los cuales afectaban el funcionamiento, de la entidad promotora de salud. Por estas razones se evalúan las características del estudio, determinando que la investigación desarrollada es de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo, ya que durante el desarrollo de la misma se puntualizan los acontecimientos que sucederán al colocar en marcha la iniciativa, haciendo una ilustración de las bondades que se generarán al ejecutarlo la iniciativa. Los resultados obtenidos de esta investigación validan la creación de la Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado, filial a Coomeva EPS S.A, en donde la población estudio y el análisis financiero, se encarga en validar dicho proyecto, demostrando la rentabilidad y aceptación de la comunidad, a afiliar.

The subject of study of this project looks for to verify the feasibility of a Cooperative of Associated Work, denominated “We toil by a Morning”, which will be filial to Coomeva regional EPS S.A. Bucaramanga, this organization will develop its activity within the limits of the metropolitan area of the same city, Tying to the organization, people who wish to carry out an associated work, directed to the benefit of a service to the community and by means of this, to obtain a wage compensation worthy and agreed to the functions to carry out. This subject worked considering the needs that appeared to the interior of Coomeva EPS S.A. organization that had some disadvantages of financial nature and required to resist them immediately, constituting an own organization, which diminished the disadvantage that was appearing with the behavior of the contributions, that some Cooperatives of Associated Work, they were realising, which affected the operation, of the promotional organization of health. For these reasons the characteristics of the study are evaluated, determining that the developed investigation is of exploratory and descriptive type, since during the development of the same the events are emphasized that will happen when placing in march the initiative, making an illustration of the goodness that will be generated when executing it the initiative. The obtained results of this investigation validate the creation of the Cooperative of Associated Work, filial to Coomeva EPS S.A. where the population study and the financial analysis, is in charge in validating this project, demonstrating the yield and acceptance of the community, to affiliate.
