Socialización de las normas y leyes colombianas relacionadas con la educación inclusiva en la corporación instituto Decroly

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fue socializar las leyes vigentes en Colombia sobre la inclusión educativa, en la Corporación Instituto Decroly. Para lograrlo se utilizaron actividades lúdicas y distribución de material informativo con cada grupo uno de los grupos que conforman la comunidad educativa (Estudiantes, Padres y Docentes). Se contó con una buena participación y aceptación por parte de la comunidad educativa, de tal modo, que se logró el objetivo de que ellos entendieran la importancia de conocer las leyes que tratan la inclusión educativa y como éstas deben ser apropiadas tanto por la institución, como por los padres de familia y los estudiantes. Para finalizar, se recomienda mantener un proceso constante frente al tema de inclusión educativa y así poder obtener mayores resultados, así mismo, continuar con la formación de los docentes para generar un mayor fortalecimiento en su ejercicio de educación. Se hizo énfasis en que éste tema requiere de un trabajo continuo por parte de todos los involucrados en el Colegio.

The objective of this work was to socialize the current laws in Colombia about educational inclusion, inside the education group in the Decroly corporation. Through playful activities and distribution of informative material it was discussed and socialized with a specific group of people the norms and laws related to inclusive education, this group was conformed by students, parents and Teachers. There was a good participation and acceptance from this educational community, in such a way, that the objective of understanding the importance of knowing the laws that treat educational inclusion and how these should be faced by this institution by all the members of this group was reached. Finally, it is recommended to keep rigorous observation on the issue of educational inclusion and thus be able to improve results, also its vital to continue training teachers to improve the results in quality education. It must be emphasized that this topic requires continuous work from all the community who works in the institute.
