Prestación de soporte técnico en la línea de agua residual – biogás y biometano de la empresa Compañía de Servicios Técnicos Integrale

Abstract

La siguiente práctica empresarial está enfocada en la línea de tratamiento anaerobio de agua residual y el aprovechamiento del subproducto biogás y biometano en la empresa Compañía de servicios técnicos integrales S.A.S, el objetivo principal radica en dar un soporte técnico ambiental que permita impulsar el nuevo servicio que desea sacar al mercado la compañía. La empresa busca con esta nueva línea prestar un servicio más integral, que cumpla con la legislación vigente y disminuya los impactos ambientales, dicho servicio abarca desde el diseño de reactores anaerobios, la adecuada operación, la correcta extracción y disposición de lodos hasta el aprovechamiento energético del subproducto biogás. Debido a esto se busca generar una biblioteca de medios que permita a los trabajadores y los clientes conocer acerca del subproducto, afianzar una plantilla que permita calcular el potencial que tiene cada cliente para generar el biogás y establecer el adecuado coagulante para homogenizar el lodo y secarlo por medio de un tornillo prensa.

This internship is focused on the line of anaerobic treatment of wastewater and exploitation of the byproduct biogas and biomethane in the Servicios Tecnicos Integrales company, the main objective is a technical environmental support that allows to drive the new service you want to enter to the market.The company seeks with this new line to provide a more comprehensive service that complies with current legislation and reduces environmental impacts. This service ranges from the design of anaerobic reactors, the proper operation, the correct extraction and disposal of sludge to the use of energy of the biogas byproduct. Due to this, it is sought to generate a media library that allows workers and customers to know about the byproduct, create a spreadsheet that allows to calculate the potential that each client has to generate the biogas and establish the appropriate coagulant to homogenize the mud and dry it by means of a press screw.
