Apoyo y asistencia en residencia de obra del mantenimiento y mejoramiento de salones comunales en el municipio de Bucaramanga y elaboración de licitaciones para la empresa MCI. Ingenieros Contratistas LTDA

Abstract

La práctica empresarial ejecutada en MCI INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS LTDA, se desarrolló en campo y oficina, permitiendo obtener mayores conocimientos, a través de los seguimientos realizados al contrato 556 del 28/12/2015 cuyo objeto es "MANTENIMIENTO Y MEJORAMIENTO DE SALONES COMUNALES EN 12 BARRIOS DEL MUNICIPIO DE BUCARAMANGA", se asistió a comités técnicos y se hizo un registro fotográfico donde se podía evidenciar el avance de la obra. Además de estar presente en la obra, se adelantaron trabajos en oficina elaborando licitaciones públicas y selecciones abreviadas de menor cuantía. Igualmente se hicieron 2 aportes a la empresa. consistentes en un diagrama de flujo donde se explica el proceso para realizar una licitación pública junto con una lista de chequeos para facilitar la verificación de los requisitos que piden al presentarse, y el otro aporte consistió en la digitalización de los 79 contratos que han sido ejecutados por la empresa MCI INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS LTDA, donde se detalla los aspectos más importantes de cada contrato como el número de contrato, objeto, valor, entidad contratista y fecha de inicio y de terminación, además también se puede encontrar los documentos debidamente escaneados.

The business practice executed in MCI INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS LTDA, was developed in the field and office, allowing to obtain greater knowledge, through the follow-up to the contract 556 of 12128/2015 whose object is \\MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNAL ROOMS IN 12 NEIGHBORHOODS FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUCARAMANGA N', technical committees were attended and a photographic record was made where the progress of the work could be evidenced. In addition to being present at the work, work was carried out in the office, elaborating public tenders and abbreviated selections of lesser amounts. Two contributions were made to the company. consisting of a flow chart explaining the process to conduct a public tender along with a checklist to facilitate verification of the requirements they request when presenting. and the other contribution consisted of the digitalization of the 79 contracts that have been executed by the company MCI INGENIEROS CONTRATISTAS LTDA, where the most important aspects of each contract are detailed as the contract number, object, value, contractor entity and start and end date, as well as you can find the documents properly scanned.
