Identificación de la demanda tecnológica para los focos estratégicos de la UPB: un análisis de los planes de desarrollo regionales en Colombia (2016-2019)

Abstract

La Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana a partir de sus Focos estratégicos cuenta con la capacidad y el propósito de aportar soluciones a problemáticas que beneficien tanto al área de acción de sus seccionales corno a la nación en general, para ello se hace pertinente contar con una visión global de la situación del pals, por esta razón el objetivo principal de esta investigación, es determinar la demanda tecnológica que se enuncian en las metas de los planes de desarrollo 2016-2019 departamentales y algunos municipales. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo principal se plantearon tres etapas para la investigación: La etapa de observación donde se identificaron los programas de los planes que aún tienen metas disponibles por cumplir; la etapa de análisis en donde se clasificaron los programas de los planes que aún tienen metas por cumplir en cada uno de sus focos estratégicos y sus líneas; y por último la etapa de documentación. En la presente investigación se categorizaron las metas de cada plan de desarrollo a nivel nacional, y algunos seleccionados a nivel municipal, con la intención de ser concretos en cuanto a las zonas más afines con lo que ofrecen los Focos Estratégicos UPB.

The University Pontificia Bolivariana from his strategic Areas possesses the capacity and the intention of contributing solutions to problematic that are of benefit both to the area of action of his sectional ones and to the nation in general. for it it becomes pertinent to possess a global vision of the situation of the country. for this reason the principal aim of this investigation, it is to determine the technological demand that 2016-2019 departmental ones and some police officers enunciate in the goals of the plans of development. To give fulfillment to the principal aim three stages appeared for the investigation: The stage of observation where there were identified the programs of the plans that still have available goals for expiring; the stage of analysis where there qualified the programs of the plans that still have goals for expiring in each of his strategic areas and his lines; and finally the stage of documentation. In the present investigation there were categorized the goals of every plan of national development, and some selected to municipal level, by the intention of being concrete as for the most related zones with what they offer the Strategic Areas UPB.
