Abstract

En hamburguesas el Garaje se realizó un diagnóstico de la empresa y se detectaron inconvenientes en la ejecución de los procesos internos de la empresa, por tal motivo se decidió realizar un manual de funciones y una reingeniería de procesos con el fin de estandarizar los procedimientos y así evitar mermas en la producción y comercialización de sus productos. Reingeniería de procesos es un método utilizado por grandes compañías, para reestructurar las empresas y así reducir los retrasos e inconsistencias, y posteriormente estandarizar los procesos y evitar pérdidas.
