Abstract

En el presente trabajo se pretende explicar de forma concisa y ordenada todo lo relacionado con la práctica empresarial realizada en la constructora INNOVA SAS, donde la labor principal fue el apoyo al ingeniero residente de obra. A partir de la función asignada, se especifican todas las actividades que debe realizar un ingeniero residente y la importancia que tiene dicho rol en un proyecto de construcción, ya que es la persona que está atenta de la obra en todo momento y de igual forma siempre presente en la resolución de problemas que se puedan presentar. Adicionalmente, se explican los proyectos donde se ejecutó dicha práctica empresarial, las etapas constructivamente hablando en las que se encontraban y las funciones que se ejecutaron durante la estadía en estos; de forma que por medio de este documento quede soporte y evidencia de todo lo realizado y aprendido en obra. Por último, a lo largo del desarrollo de este trabajo se dan a conocer nuevas formas o ideas que se pueden implementar o aplicar en la ejecución otros proyectos facilitando la ejecución de las actividades y por consiguiente el avance del proyecto.

In this paper, the aim is to explain in a concise and orderly way everything related to the business practice carried out in the construction company INNOVA SAS, where the main task was to support the resident engineer on site. Finally, throughout the development of this work, new forms or ideas are revealed that can be implemented or applied in the execution of other projects, facilitating the execution of activities and therefore the advancement of the project.
