Apoyo en las labores de control y residencia de los proyectos de la Empresa Gestión y obras S.A.S.

Abstract

El presente documento, muestra el trabajo realizado durante los cuatro meses de práctica empresarial, que se llevaron a cabo en la empresa GESTION Y OBRAS SAS, en las labores del desarrollo de una herramienta digital, que permitió tener un mejor control del inventario de los materiales en obra por concepto (entradas y salidas) y a su vez, permitió el control y seguimiento de los recursos propios de la empresa (equipos, materiales), como también se desarrollaron funciones como auxiliar de residente en la obra en ejecución de Casa de la cultura del municipio de Contratación, Santander, tales como control de inventario de materiales, reportes de clima, control de actividades en obra y labores administrativas del presente proyecto.

This document shows the work done during the four months of business practice, which were carried out in the company GESTION Y OBRAS SAS, in the work of developing a digital tool, which allowed better control of the inventory of materials in work by concept (inputs and outputs) and in turn, This tool allowed the control and monitoring of the company\'s own resources (equipment, materials), as well as the development of functions as an assistant resident in the work in execution of the House of Culture of the municipality of Contratación, Santander, such as inventory control of materials, weather reports, control of activities on site and administrative work of this project
