Práctica empresarial en Coinsa LTDA.

Abstract

En este documento se plasman las actividades que se realizaron durante cinco meses de practica empresarial en COINSA LTDA, apoyando labores de asesoría y consultoría de proyectos que conllevan a soluciones de red, Licenciamiento MICROSOFT, Seguridad Perimetral y telefonía IP, guiada por los ingenieros de proyectos y por los gerentes de producto de empresas mayoristas que impartieron capacitaciones con el fin de conocer los distintos productos y servicios a ofrecer La estudiante en práctica se encargaba de realizar el acompañamiento al sector empresarial brindándoles los conocimientos y las posibilidades de solución ante problemas tecnológicos. Se diseño un proyecto de telefonía IP para Call Center con plataforma Asterisk. Se logro conocer y guiar a distintas empresas en cuanto a soluciones de control de acceso, filtrado de contenido, VPN y antivirus, características unificadas en un dispositivo de seguridad perimetral. Se realizaron procesos de licitación con el sector gobierno a nivel nacional, llegando a la adjudicación de un contrato con la Gobernación de Bolívar. Se tomaron cursos virtuales de ventas en equipos de elementos de red y virtualización Todas estas actividades se cumplieron en su totalidad y satisfactoriamente, fortaleciendo el nivel de competitividad de la empresa, la aceptación favorable entre sus clientes corporativos y el conocimiento como ingeniera electrónica en el funcionamiento interno de equipos en el área de comunicaciones.

This document shows the activities executed during five months of Enterprise practices at COINSA Ltda., supporting consultant's and consultancy office work projects that entail to network solutions of MICROSOFT Licensing, Peripheral Security and IP telephony, guided by the engineers of projects and by the product managers of wholesale companies who distributed qualifications to present the different products and services to offer. The student in practice was in charge to carry out the support around the enterprise zone, offering to them the knowledge and the possibilities of solution before technological problems. A project of IP telephony for Call Center with Asterisk platform was designed. We could know and guide different companies as far as control access solutions, filtrate of content, VPN and anti-virus, unified characteristics in a peripheral safety. Licitation processes with the national government around the country, achieving the awarding of a contract with the Bolivar Interior. Virtual courses were taken about equipment of network elements sales and virtuality. All these activities were fulfilled satisfactorily in their totality and, fortifying the level of competitiveness of the company, the favorable acceptance between their corporative clients and the knowledge as electronics engineer in the internal operation of equipment in the communication area.
