Construcción y mantenimiento de la via Incora y fase final de la alameda de la paz en pavimento flexible

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado se desarrolló en el municipio de Saravena, Arauca. Una de las primeras vías pavimentadas y de las más principales del municipio, es la Vía Incora. En esta vía se encuentra varias sedes educativas y de salud, como es el Hospital del Sarare. La vía incora cuenta con más de 25 años al servicio de la comunidad, y la falta de mantenimiento ya estaba causando graves problemas para el acceso al Hospital y las sedes educativas; en la vía faltaba un tramo de 784,48 ml por pavimentar. El objetivo de este proyecto es recuperar los espacios públicos y mejorar la movilidad de peatones y autos que a diario transitan sobre esta vía. Con este proyecto se logró por primera vez darle un mantenimiento general a la vía, instalando una sobre carpeta asfáltica de 0.05m de espesor y una nueva carpeta asfáltica de 0.10m de espesor. Con el propósito de cumplir el objetivo de recuperar los espacios públicos, en el año 2011 se culminó un trabajo sobre el separador de esta vía, dicho trabajo es denominado la Alameda de la paz, y consiste en crear senderos peatonales, zonas verdes, zonas de esparcimiento y una Ciclo vía. En este proyecto se ejecutó la segunda fase de la Alameda de la paz, con una longitud de 786,10 ml, donde se siguió con el trabajo hecho en la primera etapa. Los senderos peatonales en esta vía son muy importantes ya que reduce el porcentaje de accidentes de la zona. Anteriormente a la ejecución de este proyecto, los jóvenes de los colegios que se encuentran sobre la vía que son: Colegio Nacional la Frontera y Colegio de Desarrollo Rural, transitaban sobre la vía al salir de sus clases, y generaba caos vehicular y accidentes. Con la construcción de la ciclo vía se incentiva a la población a tener una cultura deportiva.

This work of degree was developed in the municipality of Saravena, Arauca. One of the first paved roads and of the most major of the municipality, is the Track Incora. In this track is several headquarters educational and health, as is the Hospital of Sarare. Track incora has more than 25 years of service to the community, and the lack of maintenance already was causing serious problems for the access to the Hospital and the headquarters educational; in the track was missing a stretch of 784, 48 ml by paving. The objective of this project is to recover the public spaces and improve the mobility of pedestrians and cars that daily pass on this track. With this project succeeded for the first time give a general maintenance to the track, installing a folder on asphalt thickness 0.05m thick and a new folder asphalt 0.10m thick. With the purpose of fulfilling the objective of recovering public spaces, in the year 2011 is culminated a job on the separator of this track, this job is called the Alameda de la Paz, and consists of creating footpaths, green areas, recreation areas and a bike path . This project was implemented in the second phase of the Alameda de la Paz, with a length of 786, 10 ml, where they continued with the work done at the first stage. The footpaths in this track are very important because it reduces the rate of accidents in the area. Prior to the implementation of this project, the young people from the schools that are on the track that are: National College the border and College of Rural Development, sailed on the track by leaving their classes, and generated chaos and vehicular accidents.
