Abstract

El control y administración del inventario en los puntos de venta de Drogas la Rebaja sucursal Bucaramanga es realizado por el auxiliar pasante desde el área de inventarios, por medio del sistema de control de inventarios mín-máx. Este sistema consiste en asignarle a cada producto un nivel máximo de inventario, y de acuerdo a este nivel los pedidos en cada uno de los puntos de venta se realizan por la diferencia entre la cantidad objetivo (nivel máximo) y el inventario disponible. Para la asignación de los máximos, se deben analizar los siguientes factores: rotación, inventario en bodega, días de agotado, costo del producto, itinerario de despachos y lista de productos bloqueados. Esta actividad permite variar el inventario máximo diariamente de acuerdo a las necesidades que se presentan en el mercado, con el propósito de adaptar las droguerías a la demanda y brindar el mejor servicio, garantizando la satisfacción de los clientes.
