Fortalecimiento de la estandarización en el proceso de talento humano de la Empresa Operadora Avícola Colombia S.A.S.

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de fortalecer la estandarización en el proceso de talento humano de la empresa Operadora Avícola Colombia S.A.S., de este modo facilitar la orientación al personal del área y la consistencia en la realización de las actividades; teniendo presente específicamente el puesto de aprendiz en la parte administrativa, por la constante rotación que se presenta en el puesto, haciendo uso como herramienta el diagrama de flujo para organizar la información recopilada en el área, aportando así a la empresa un manual de procedimientos del área de gestión humana, abierto a modificaciones siempre y cuando sea necesario.

This work was carried out with the purpose of strengthening the standardization in the process of human talent of the company Operadora Avícola Colombia S.A.S., thus facilitating the orientation of the personnel in the area and the consistency in the realization of the activities; having in mind specifically the position of apprentice in the administrative part, due to the constant rotation that is presented in the position, making use as a tool the flow diagram to organize the information gathered in the area, thus contributing to the company a manual of procedures of the human management area, open to modifications whenever and wherever it is necessary.
