Actualización de presupuesto y supervisión técnica en las actividades de acabados del proyecto Millenium Business Tower

Abstract

Este informe describe las actividades desarrolladas durante la ejecución de la práctica empresarial en las instalaciones de la empresa CONSTRUCTORA INNOVA S.A.S. En un período de cuatro meses se llevaron a cabo las actividades de supervisión técnica y actualización de presupuestos del proyecto MILLENIUM BUSINESS TOWER. Este proyecto presenta dos modalidades, una comercial y otra residencial. El primero consta de 65 oficinas y el segundo de 162 apartamentos. En este trabajo se contribuyó con la realización de reportajes quincenales, la creación de registros fotográficos de los actos vecinales, gestión y programación de personal para la correcta terminación de las oficinas. Finalmente, se garantizó un óptimo desarrollo en las diferentes actividades, lo que se reflejó en la optimización de los rendimientos. En cuanto a la supervisión del presupuesto de obra y la actualización de lo gastado en cada quincena, se logró un control optimizado de costos. This report describes the activities developed during the execution of the business practice in the facilities of the company CONSTRUCTORA INNOVA S.A.S. In a period of four months, activities of technical supervision and updating of budgets were carried out from the MILLENIUM BUSINESS TOWER project. This project presents two modalities, one commercial and the other residential. The first consists of 65 offices, and the second with 162 apartments. This work contributed to completing biweekly reports, creating photographic records of the neighborhood acts, management, and personnel scheduling for the proper completion of the offices. Finally, optimal development was guaranteed in the different activities, which was reflected in the optimization of yields. About the supervision of the work budget and the updating of what was spent in each fortnight, optimized cost control was reached.
