Intervención psicológica bajo el enfoque sistémico en el hospital San Pedro Claver Mogotes

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente monografía pretende dar cuenta del proceso adelantado mediante convenio inter Institucional celebrado entre la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana y el Hospital San Pedro Claver del municipio de Mogotes Santander, donde por primera vez, se realiza atención de consulta por Psicología a la población que accede a los servicios hospitalarios y ambulatorios de primer nivel, en el modelo de prestación de servicio por EPS, del régimen subsidiado del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, vinculación subsidiada con recursos fiscales o de solidaridad. En desarrollo del proceso de práctica se brindó atención psicológica en nueve casos, siete de ellos procedentes del sector rural y dos del sector urbano; Del total de casos atendidos, tres se mantuvieron hasta finalizar el proceso. El diagnóstico para el primer caso fue trastorno psicótico inducido por sustancias- alcohol con alucinaciones, para el segundo caso fue trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad, tipo combinado y para el tercer caso Problemas paterno-filiales Z63.1; este último será abordado y analizado a profundidad en el presente documento, haciendo énfasis en aspectos determinantes como la vinculación, comunicación, sobreprotección y manejo de la disciplina de los padres hacia el niño. Dicho análisis permitió evidenciar prácticas de interacción sobreprotectoras por parte de la madre, lo que generó aislamiento social en el menor con consecuencias negativas para su desarrollo integral; lo anterior sumado al hecho de ejercer una maternidad y paternidad limitada a un hijo único entendiendo lo que esto puede significar para el proceso de construcción de la realidad del menor. Se concluye de esta forma, que el estrecho vínculo entre la madre y el niño, activaron conductas de apego, conllevando a que se generara un detrimento en el desarrollo socioemocional del menor, limitando su estructuración social y la relación próxima con sus iguales, razón de la intervención psicológica sistémica.

In the process of practice was carried out service offering, entering billing 9 cases, of which 7 are from the rural sector and 2 in the urban sector, of which 3 were maintained and completed the process, whose diagnosis for the first case was related to psychotic disorder induced by substances-alcohol with hallucinations, second case, attention hyperactivity deficit disorder , combined type and the third case, parent-child problems Z63.1, the latter was taken for analysis and the approach in this document, allowing you to take a look at reality from the linkage, communication, overprotection and handling of discipline of parents towards the child, finding features of interaction by the mother overprotective, which generated social isolation in the minor with negative consequences for their comprehensive and social development; coupled with the fact of exercising a maternity and paternity leave, limited to a single child understanding what this can mean for the construction of the reality of the child process. He is concluded in this way, the close link between the mother and the child, to activated behaviors of attachment leads to a detriment is generated in the minor socio-emotional development, limiting its social structure and the close relationship with their peers, reason of systemic psychological intervention.
