Soporte del sistema de gestión integral de la empresa Leo técnicas LTDA, basado en las normas NTC ISO 9001:2008, NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 y NTC ISO 14001:2004

Abstract

Para la empresa LEOTECNICAS LTDA es de gran importancia mantenerse vigente en el mercado como una de las empresas líderes en mantenimiento y suministro eléctrico industrial; es por ello que se hacía necesario brindar apoyo a la actualización y mantenimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de la empresa en lo cual se basó esta práctica empresarial de cuatro meses. En la etapa inicial de dicha práctica se realizó un diagnóstico del sistema de Gestión de la empresa, donde se detectó la documentación que requería modificación y actualización, así como la importancia de la seguridad industrial para la empresa y los trabajadores. Se realizaron las mejoras correspondientes a cada evento identificado y finalmente se concluyó que es necesario generar mayor compromiso y responsabilidad por parte del personal operativo y administrativo para el sostenimiento del Sistema de Gestión en la empresa. For the LEOTECNICAS LTDA company is very important to keep been in the market as one of the leading companies in the maintenance and power technical industrial, this is why It is makes necessary to support the updating and maintenance of the Integrated Management System of the Company in which it was based this business practice of four months. At the beginning of the initial stage of the practice was held a diagnosis of the Integrated Management System of the company, where was detected the documentation that required modification and updating, as well as the importance of industrial safety for the company and the workers. The Improvements were made for each identified event and finally it was concluded that it is necessary to generate more commitment and responsibility from the operational and administrative staff for the maintenance management system in the company.
