Actualización del sistema de gestión de calidad, de la corporación Colegio Panamericano ISO 9001:2008

Abstract

El COLEGIO PANAMERICANO cuenta con un sistema de gestión de calidad certificado bajo la norma ISO 9001:2008 desde el año 2013, aumentando así su competitividad y permanencia en el sector educativo, es así como en el año 2016 se prepara para recibir la auditoría de renovación de certificación, proceso que se lleva a cabo por medio de la actualización, seguimiento y mejora del Sistema establecido inicialmente. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, primeramente se realiza la revisión de los hallazgos establecidos en la última auditoría de seguimiento, los cuales están registrados en el plan de mejoramiento planteado para el sistema en el año 2016, de allí se genera el cronograma de actividades a desarrollar con el fin de dar cumplimiento a este plan; Realizando revisiones a la documentación de cada uno de los procesos establecidos, planteando una metodología para la identificación de acciones correctivas, preventivas, y de mejora, con esto llevar el sistema a un enfoque preventivo con respecto a los riesgos existentes en la prestación del servicio, cabe resaltar que la etapa de capacitación se realiza de forma continua durante la actualización del sistema. Finalmente se realiza la auditoría interna, evaluando así el estado de este en espera de la auditoría de renovación de la certificación ISO 9001:2008.

The COLEGIO PANAMERICANO has a quality management system certified under the ISO 9001:2008 regulation since 2013 increasing its competitiveness and permanence in the educational field. In 2016, it is preparing to receive the certification renewal audit, a process that will be accomplished through the update, monitoring and improvement of the already established system. For the development of this project, a revision of the findings established in the last monitoring audit is held. Such findings are registered in the improvement plan proposed for the year 2016 and a schedule of activities is generated for the accomplishment of such plan. Some of the activities included revisions of the paperwork of each established process posing a methodology for the identification of corrective, preventive and improvement actions. Likewise take the system to more preventive approach regarding the potential risks during the provision of the service. It is important to highlight that the training stage is carry out continuously during the updating of the system. Finally an internal audit is executed, evaluating the status of the plan while it awaits the certification renewal audit of the ISO 9001:2008 regulation.
