Apoyo en ingeniería técnica en control & calidad y en la elaboración de recomendaciones de cimentación para los estudios de suelos realizados por la empresa CONSTRUSUELOS S.A.S

Abstract

El presente documento está orientado a especificar las actividades desarrolladas por el estudiante en un período de cinco (5) meses como practicante en la empresa CONSTRUSUELOS S.A.S., en el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería. El proceso inicia con una inducción donde el estudiante se familiariza con el entorno de la compañía, los servicios ofrecidos y los métodos utilizados por la empresa. Dentro de las primeras actividades ejecutadas se encuentra la recepción y el control de las muestras para ser entregadas al laboratorio. El control consiste en administrar la cantidad y los ensayos a realizar a las muestras extraídas en campo y el resultado de los mismos para emitir un informe al cliente que lo solicita. Después de esto, el estudiante recibe la oportunidad de participar con más detalle en el procesamiento de datos y cálculos de los ensayos practicados a las muestras; tales como: granulometría, límites de Atterberg, contenido de humedad, peso unitario, entre otros. Luego, el estudiante acompañado de su supervisor, participa en la elaboración de anexos que contienen los resultados de los ensayos basados en las diferentes normas y estándares aplicados por la empresa. En la actividad final, el estudiante participa junto con el Ingeniero Supervisor en la elaboración de los informes a los clientes, proponiendo algunas recomendaciones de cimentación según criterios adquiridos en este período. This document is intended to specify the activities developed by the student like engineering trainee on five (5) months in the company CONSTRUSUELOS S.A.S., in the position of engineering assistant. The process begins with an induction where the student knows the environment of the company, the services offered and the methods used by the company. In the first activities carried out is the reception and control of the samples to be delivered to the laboratory. The control consists in administering the quantity and the tests to be carried out to the samples extracted in the field and the result of the same ones to issue a report to the client that requests it. After that, the student receives the opportunity to participate in more detail in the processing of data and calculations of the tests performed on the samples; such as: granulometry, Atterberg limits, humidity content, unit weight, among others. Then, the student accompanied by his supervisor, participates in the elaboration of annexes that contain the results of the tests based on the different norms and standards applied by the company. In the final activity, the student participates together with the Supervisor Engineer in the elaboration of the reports to the clients, proposing some recommendations of foundation according to criteria acquired in this time.
