Abstract

Apoyo en el proceso de reparación colectiva a las víctimas de la vulneración de derechos humanos en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano y la implementación del modelo de enfoque diferencial y de género. During the time and the work designated to the practical actions to be carried out within the Administrative Unit for the Attention and Integral Reparation to Victims Territorial Directorate Meta and Eastern Plains, it was necessary to know, in broad strokes, the violence in Colombia, until finding the facts pertaining to the internal armed conflict and the consequences on which the work of the State is based. Taking into account that the armed actors infringed violent actions within the national territory, with the consequence of the violation of Human Rights and the violation of International Humanitarian Law in the departments of Meta, Casanare, Guaviare, Vichada, Vaupés, Guainía and Amazonas, part of the Amazon and the Eastern Plains of Colombia, confronting without compassion the civilian population, attacking in a special way vulnerable populations, children, elderly, women, indigenous peoples, LGTBI people; populations violated in their differences, in their vulnerability and also silenced in the midst of the conflict by the conflict. Through each action carried out within the Administrative Unit for the Attention and Integral Reparation to Victims from the mission area of Collective Reparation, it is possible to think about the state and community union of small efforts towards the construction of a country in peace. The work that is carried out every day is aimed at the effective implementation of the processes.
