Abstract

El presente proyecto de grado tuvo como propósito documentar EL PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN PARA PREVENIR INCIDENTES Y/0 ACCIDENTES POR EVENTUALIDADES DE RIESGO PÚBLICO EN DISTRIBUIDORAS COMERCIALES Y PUNTOS DE VENTA A NIVEL NACIONAL DE LA EMPRESA AVIDESA MAC POLLO S.A, llevando a cabo el diagnóstico de los antecedentes registrados en los últimos años en la empresa y el análisis de la vulnerabilidad de todos los cargos de la sección comercial, que por las actividades propias de su objeto contractual o aquellas que se generen como no rutinarias fuera de las instalaciones de la empresa estén expuestos a las modalidades de riesgo público. Con la aplicación de este proyecto se obtuvo la información práctica de evitar eventos de riesgo público mediante acciones de respuestas rápidas coordinadas y confiables que permita a los trabajadores de la empresa, prevenir y protegerse en casos de amenazas de violencia y/o agresión en cualquiera de sus modalidades minimizando las consecuencias y severidad de los posibles eventos.
