Verificación y actualización del presupuesto del proyecto torres Veranda con el software construplan NG y construcontrol en la empresa Comfenalco Santander Departamento de vivienda y construcción

Abstract

En el presente informe se muestra el consolidado de un trabajo realizado durante un periodo de cuatro meses entre el 16 de septiembre de 2016 hasta el 15 de enero de 2017 en la caja de compensación familiar Comfenalco Santander. Esta caja de compensación mediante la subdirección de Vivienda y construcción se centra en el diseño, ejecución y construcción de los proyectos de vivienda en los diferentes sectores del departamento de Santander. En la subdirección de vivienda y construcción estuve de la mano con la verificación, control y análisis del presupuesto de obra del Proyecto de obra Torres Veranda, en la etapa inicial de las actividades preliminares, movimientos de tierras, excavaciones, rellenos y contratando para la etapa de la estructura en concreto de la torre 3, siendo esta la primera etapa de construcción del proyecto. Además la verificación y chequeo en las cantidades de obra de cada uno de los ítems del presupuestos, los análisis unitarios que requiere la ejecución de las actividades de cada capítulo; interpretación de planos, realizar términos de referencia para la contratación o descripción de diversas actividades contempladas en el presupuesto y finalmente estar atento a cualquier comentario o requerimiento que necesitaba mi supervisor que está a cargo en la caja de compensación familiar Comfenalco Santander

This report shows the consolidation of a work carried out during a period of four months between September 16, 2016 and January 15, 2017 in the family compensation box Comfenalco Santander. This compensation box through the subdivision of Housing and Construction focuses on the design, execution and construction of housing projects in different sectors of the department of Santander. In the subdivision of housing and construction I went hand in hand with the verification, control and analysis of the work budget of the Torres Veranda Project, at the initial stage of the preliminary activities, earthworks, excavations, fillings and contracting for the stage of the particular structure of tower 3, being this the first stage of construction of the project. In addition, the verification and check in the quantities of work of each of the items of the budgets, the unitary analysis that requires the execution of the activities of each chapter; Interpretation of plans, make terms of reference for the recruitment or description of various activities included in the budget and finally be attentive to any comments or requirements that my supervisor was in charge in the family compensation box Comfenalco Santander.
