Comunicación familiar con hijos adolescentes

Abstract

Se describe un trabajo de revisión teórica, con el objetivo de identificar los recursos y herramientas que tienen las mujeres que han sufrido violencia de género por sus parejas y las estrategias que en la intervención sistémica posibilitan la co-construcción de contextos resilientes. Se encontró que la existencia de redes de apoyo, la espiritualidad, la búsqueda de información y la autoestima son recursos que contribuyen en la superación de la experiencia de violencia de género. De igual manera las intervenciones de tipo grupal y en pareja, las estrategias orientadas a promover la autonomía para hacerse cargo de su protección personal, la redefinición y ampliación de explicaciones de la violencia, el autoconocimiento, la validación de la experiencia de dolor y las técnicas como el familiograma, el uso de metáforas y cuentos, los documentos terapéuticos como cartas y certificados resultan ser convenientes para co-construir espacios resilientes con las mujeres.

The overall objective of this work is to identify family dynamics in communication with teenage children. It is based on a methodology of inquiry and information gathering to track that describing the implications on the topic of family communication and a descriptive study of the processes and own activities in families with teenage children. It presents itself an analysis of data collected, which gives the possibility to know the characteristics of communication in families with teenage children. the dimensions of communication and family functioning, as fundamental variables in the study are highlighted. Therefore, it is considered important the study of family relationships, adolescent development and family communication, paying special attention to two aspects: changes in these relationships with the arrival of adolescent children and their influence on development. key aspects of parenting style are analyzed, such as affection, communication, conflict, control and empowerment. Existing research on this topic suggests that teens are favored when they have parents who is caring, communicative and encourage them to show self. From these data, the importance of giving parents guidance and resources to enable them to exercise their parental role in the most favorable for them and their children form stands out..
