Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal describir la percepción de Clima Organizacional que tienen los trabajadores de Servientrega seccional Bucaramanga. Para el presente proyecto participaron 144 colaboradores de los diferentes procesos que componen el funcionamiento de Servientrega. Para llevar a cabo esto anterior se contó con la escala de Clima Organizacional creada por Fernandes (2008), con el propósito de abarcar los diferentes aspectos que componen el C.O. En referencia a los resultados se encontró que la percepción que tienen los trabajadores de Servientrega del clima de la Organización es positiva y se evidencian múltiples factores protectores de ellos.


The Project presented here has as main objective to describe the perception of organizational climate found in the workers of Servientrega in its offices in Bucaramanga. For the presented project, 144 workers of all levels and processes that the company needs for its normal function made part of it. For developing this project, the structure of organizational climate was based in Fernandes (2008) organizational climate, with a general purpose of reaching all the different aspects that compound the Organizational Climate. In reference to the results, they proof that there are not significant risks in the different factors that compound the instrument, and in the opposite, there are quite some factors protecting them.
