Identificación de los niveles de Burnout en los funcionarios de Asopormen

Abstract

El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo general, Identificar los niveles de Burnout en los funcionarios de Asopormen en Bucaramanga, Santander, a través de la adaptación española de Seisdedos (1997) del inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI) y para el análisis de los resultados se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS. La muestra estuvo constituida por 48 profesionales del área de la salud, de la educación y del área administrativa. En los resultados se identificó nivel bajo del síndrome de Burnout, no se produjo un porcentaje significativo de profesionales que estuviesen afectados por los síntomas, sin embargo se plantea un manual con estrategias que brinde al profesional, a la sociedad y a las organizaciones una serie de estrategias que ayuden a fortalecer los mecanismos de afrontamiento ante la presión y el estrés crónico. This project had the main goal of identifying the levels of burnout in the employees of ASOPORMEN in Bucaramanga, Santander, through the Spanish adaptation of Seisdedos (1997), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the statistical program SPSS was used to analyse the results obtained. The sample consisted of 48 professionals in health, education and administrative areas. The results identified low level of burnout syndrome, there was a significant percentage of professionals who were affected by the symptoms, however, it is presented a manual that provides a range of strategies to help strengthen the mechanisms for coping with the pressure and chronic stress of the professionals, the society and the organizations.
