Estandarización de tiempos de trabajos e implementación del manual de funciones en la cooperativa de trabajo asociado prestación de servicios Cesa C.T.A.

Abstract

En este trabajo de grado se describen las actividades, tareas y funciones desarrolladas en la práctica empresarial llevadas a cabo en la cooperativa de trabajo asociado prestación de servicios CESA C.T.A. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo estandarizar y documentar los tiempos que deben emplear los socios trabajadores al desempeñar las diferentes funciones que realizan. Sirviendo en un futuro como una herramienta para medir la eficiencia de los socios trabajadores, mejorando así la productividad de la cooperativa, por ende su participación en el mercado. In this work degree we describe the activities, tasks and functions developed in this Business practice that took place in the cooperative of associated work provision of services CESA C.T.A. This Project has as objective, to standardize and to document the times that the worker associates must employ at the development of the different functions that they realize. Serving in a future as a tool to measure the efficacy of the worker associates, improving by the way, the company’s productivity, and hence, and their participation in the market.
