Propiedades psicométricas del cuestionario multiaxial (MQL) diseñado para evaluar riesgo laboral

Abstract

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo establecer las propiedades psicométricas del Cuestionario Multiaxial de Riesgo Laboral (MQL) elaborado por la empresa Impact-Psy, dicho test tiene como finalidad evaluar características relacionadas con el riesgo laboral en el ámbito organizacional. Se llevó acabo un estudio de corte cuantitativo de tipo instrumental. Se contó con una base de datos de 4.781 participantes de los cuales 4.738 cumplieron con los requerimientos exigidos para efectuar los análisis. La muestra estuvo conformada por 1.505 varones y 3.233 mujeres, entre los 18 y 75 años de edad, los participantes hacían parte del proceso de selección de personal de diferentes empresas de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Inicialmente se corrió un análisis factorial exploratorio (AFE) con 3.000 participantes seleccionados aleatoriamente de la muestra total, el AFE arrojó seis factores que explicaban el 42,741% de la varianza. Posteriormente con los 1.738 participantes restantes se realizó un análisis factorial confirmatorio (AFC), los índices utilizados para verificar el ajuste del modelo fueron el CMIN/DF, GFI, CFI, PGFI y RMSA. Finalmente, la matriz de datos fue analizada en cuanto al ajuste de los ítems y la función de información del test, dichos análisis fueron llevados a cabo siguiendo las directrices del modelo RASCH. De un total de 105 ítems y nueve factores propuestos por el autor, se ajustaron a los requisitos del modelo teoría clásica de los test (TCT) y modelo RASCH 31 reactivos agrupados en seis factores. Se recomienda utilizar la estructura presentada.

The aimed of this study was to establish the psychometric properties of the questionnaire Multiaxial of occupational risk (MQL) created by the company Impact-Psy, this test aims to assess characteristics related to occupational risk at the organizational level. This paper carried out a study of quantitative type. It featured a database of 4,781 participants of which 4,738 reached the requirements to perform the analysis. The sample consisted of 1,505 men and 3,233 women between 18 and 75 years of age, the participants were part of the recruitment process of different companies in the city of Bucaramanga. Initially an exploratory factor analysis (AFE) was made with n = 3,000 participants randomly selected from the total sample, the AFE yielded six factors that explained 42.741% of the variance. Later, with the remaining 1,738 participants a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed, the indices used to verify the model fit were the CMIN / DF, GFI, CFI, PGFI and RMSA. Finally, the data matrix was analyzed in terms of setting items and information function test, these analyzes were carried out following the guidelines of the RASCH model. Out of the 105 items and nine factors proposed by the author, a total 31 items grouped into six factors adjusted to the requirements of the classical model theory test (TCT) and model RASCH. It is recommended to use the structure presented.
