Verificación y ajuste al sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo de acuerdo al decreto 1443 de 2014 para la empresa S&M Ingenieros S.A.S

Abstract

Los Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo se han convertido en un medio para el desempeño competitivo de las empresas, actualmente la industria exige estándares de implementación y ejecución de Sistemas de Gestión, generándole a las compañías ventaja competitiva tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, en el mercado se encuentran diferentes medios para que las empresas se certifiquen y tengan las guías para la implementación de dichos sistemas, ahora en Colombia el gobierno ha querido darle un giro a la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el país, haciendo un hecho real que las empresas pongan todo su esfuerzo en brindar Seguridad a sus empleados. Debido a esto la empresa S&M INGENIEROS S.A.S, quien ya venía implementando un SGSST rigiéndose por los estándares que brindan las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OHSAS 18001, y que le da a la compañía bases sólidas para complementar el sistema con dicho decreto 1443 expedido por el Presidente de la Republica en 2014. En pro de tener sus SGSSTT actualizado y cumpliendo con todas la leyes, hace una verificación de y posterior ajuste de su sistema con el fin de alinearse con el decreto.

The Safety and health management system at work have become a medium for the competitive performance of companies, the industry standard now requires implementation and execution of management systems, generating competitive advantage to companies both nationally and international, on the market exist different ways for companies to be certified and have guidelines for implementing such systems, now in Colombia the government wanted to put a spin on health and safety at work in the country, making a true story that companies make every effort to provide security to their employees. Because of this the company S & M ENGINEERING SAS, who was already implementing a Safety and Health Management System at Work governed by the standards offered by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, giving the company a solid foundation to complement the system with this decree 1443 issued by the President of the Republic in 2014. In the interest of having their Safety and Health Management System at Work updated and complying with all laws, the Company makes a verification and subsequent adjustment of the system in order to align with the decree.
